We found out that we had hail damage to our roof and gutters.  Our son had great results using this company.  So we called and Louis came out very quickly.  He met with our Insurance company adjuster and weather permitting we had a new roof and gutters very quickly after.  They did a great job of cleaning up and doing a professional job. Chris and his team were able to get the insurance company to come up in price and got me everything I wanted. They installed a roof, gutters, soffit, and siding. The quality of the work was great and the crews stayed within timeframe. 730 South Exteriors turned a terrible situation into something positive and redid my entire exterior. Hail season is on its way and Colorado is #2 in hail claims nationwide. Do you know how much coverage you can expect from your homeowner’s insurance? You may want to check your current policy to see whether limits or deductibles for hail have been raised. I found several changes in researching my renewal last month. My deductible was increased, and all hail claims now must be reported within 365 days. Clauses I saw in other policies included a blanket determination that a roof only lasts 18 years. That might limit or negate an insurance payout.

Overall experience was great. The company was quick to respond and had materials on-hand when many other roofers were back-ordered for months; was able to get scheduled within 2 weeks of initial call.
